Health Benefits
- Chicken breast is a high-quality complete protein source containing all essential amino acids. It prevents muscle breakdown and supports muscle repair and growth. Its low saturated fat content also promotes healthy blood lipid profiles and supports cardiovascular health.
- Mozzarella cheese is rich in calcium. Calcium plays a critical role in muscle contraction, blood clotting, nerve transmission, and energy metabolism during exercise. It helps athletes improve physical performance and reduce the risk of stress fractures.
- Red and green bell peppers provide rich amounts of vitamin C along with antioxidants like beta-carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin. These antioxidants help reduce exercise-induced free radicals and inflammation.
